Job Summary : The Coordinator-Financial and Grants is familiar with all aspects of the functions of the CAC and RICA in order to offer program support for the Manager-CAC Program and Medical Director.
Specific job duties will include program development, financial planning, fundraising and grant writing as well as other duties necessary to support an overall quality child abuse program and resiliency institute.
Performs other duties as needed.
Education and Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
Master's Degree preferred. Minimum two years of financial or budget analysis, preferably in Child Advocacy Center environment.
Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Knowledge and Skills : Understanding of child abuse dynamics and the system of care to serve child abuse victims and their families is required.
Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.
- g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Operate / troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others;
- work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone;
- think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve;

Licensures and Certifications : Valid Driver's License required at time of hire.
