Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a Patient Service Representative, you will support the Santa Monica Pediatric Specialty Care clinic by providing vital administrative support to our pediatric patients and physicians.
You will help guide patients through the health system and collaborate closely with physicians to ensure patients receive comprehensive timely care.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Obtain prior authorizations
- Referral processing
- Address in-basket messages
- Appointment scheduling
- Review of provider schedules
- Review and upload of medical records
Salary Range : $29.42 - $42.14 Hourly
This is a full-time position eligible for full benefits.
