Pay Rate :

• Pay is $17.50 - $24.50 (Depending on Experience)
• Progression plan with pay increases :
• Technician Level I (6 months)
• Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)
• Technician Level IV (3-5 years) After probationary temp to hire period and upon permanent hire at company, enjoy these great company benefits :

What’s a typical day as a Production Assembly Worker? You’ll :

• Train to perform various fabrication processes.
• Use your hands and various tools to complete various fabrication processes.
• Work as an individual and as part of a team to meet daily production needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pound and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use hands with small item and in small spaces.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Schedules :

Some training will be on day shift.

• Monday Thursday 5 : 00am 3 : 30pm (Friday is OT day)
• Tuesday Friday 5 : 00am 3 : 30pm (Monday is OT day)
• Monday Thursday 3 : 30pm 2 : 00am (Sunday is OT day) + 10% differential
• Friday Sunday 5 : 00am 5 : 30pm (36 hours but paid for full 40 hours) (Thursday or Monday is OT day) + 12% differential
