and innovative Senior Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Senior
Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef in
overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining culinary standards, and contributing
to menu development. If you have a passion for culinary arts, proven leadership
skills, and are committed to maintaining high standards in the kitchen, we
invite you to take on a senior leadership role at our restaurant.
Responsibilities : Collaborate
Collaborate
with the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
Oversee
and actively participate in the cooking and presentation of dishes.
Ensure
the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Supervise
and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Lead
the culinary team in the absence of the Head Chef.
Contribute
to menu development and innovation.
Manage
inventory, ordering, and quality control of kitchen supplies.
Maintain
a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation
standards.
Requirements : Proven
Proven
experience as a Senior Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant
or luxury establishment.
Culinary
degree or equivalent culinary training.
Strong
leadership and organizational skills.
Passion
for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Physical

to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability
to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
