What you can expect
YOU WILL BE TRAINED IN WENDY'S PROCEDURES, STANDARDS AND VALUES. YOUR HOURLY RATE WILL START AT $20.00 AND BE COMPETITIVE IN THE MARKET PLACE.
YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH VACATION TIME, FREE MEALS, NEEDED TIME OFF, BONUS OPPORTUNITY AND HEALTH INSURANCE. THE RESTAURANT MANAGER POSITION REQUIRES 50 HOUR WORK SCHEDULE.
40 HOURS @ REGULAR RATE + 10 HOURS @ 1 1 / 2 TIMES REGULAR RATE. HOURS BASED ON CLOCKING IN / OUT FOR SCHEDULED SHIFTS.
What we expect from you
YOU WILL BE AVAILABLE TO OPERATE YOUR RESTAURANT ON ANY SHIFTS. YOU WILL HIRE, TRAIN AND DEVELOP STAFF MEMBERS TO EFFICIENTLY OPERATE YOUR RESTAURANT.
AS A RESTAURANT MANAGER, YOU WILL WORK A SCHEDULED WORK WEEK OF 5 DAYS / 10 HOUR SHIFTS OR MORE AS NEEDED.
