50 mile travel range. Primary work location RiversideMoreno Valley Corona Temecula. 100% travel within territoryassigned.

Duration : 6months (Extension Based on Performance)
Shift : Proposed work days and times : 1pm10pm or 8am5pm days off will be consecutive but will vary.
Training hours may differ. Subject to changewith some variation of possible rotation weekends nightsOT.
Education : High schoolDiploma (or equivalent) Have a valid drivers license and drivingrecord that satisfies DNs fleet requirements complete backgroundcheck and drug screening Drive your vehicle for the first 90 daysto job sites.
Responsibilities :
- Field Service Technician I Join our dynamic service teamfor this entry level field service position.
- Depending on your assigned territory you will provideservices repairs and technical maintenance for ATMs retail point ofsale (POS) equipment locksmithing Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC)plus related PC and PC peripherals on customer premises.
- Our training consists of on thejob mentoringas you might expect but also formal classroom virtual and selfpacedtraining for extensive learning opportunities.
- Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g. card reader printerreset and test devices etc.). Electro mechanical repair.
- Performing basic installation functions (e.g.set up and test equipment pulling cables mounting devicesinstalling locks).
- Performing technical fixessuch as clearing paper jams card jams bill jams etc.
- Inspecting products for correct operation resolving notedissues and / or escalating according to established procedures.
- Prioritizing and planning service calls Workswithin a team environment completes all required paperwork managesand maintains service parts inventory.
Contacting the customer with the estimated time of arrival Workingwith customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery andunderstanding of product functionality
