Job Description : We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to handle all front office tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, checking shipments, responding to customer inquiries, handling phone lines, and performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Check and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Handle all phone lines and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Compensation :
- $22 per hour
- Overtime rate of $33 per hour for hours worked beyond 40 in a week
- Eligible for health benefits
