Supply Chain Program Manager

Overview

E2 is hiring a Supply Chain Program Manager for utilities and heavy construction.

This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in-office in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
• Facilitate meetings and obtain consensus among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Conduct process analysis and gap assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the development and implementation of demand planning and forecasting processes and systems.
• Ensure data integrity and quality for demand planning and forecasting activities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
• Provide process improvement insights to project team members.
• Assess and understand client's software ecosystem, including technical integrations and potential enhancement opportunities.
• Measure and track process performance metrics to evaluate improvement efforts.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

• BA / BS, in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent field.
• 5-8 years’ experience In on similar projects.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage full project life cycle.
• Supply Chain experience with materials - preferably gas, electric or water utility or some other heavier construction industry.
• Project Management skills and experience to guide the process improvement projects.
• Process and technology understanding preferably procurement / material processes and inventory / logistics related technology.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Wage Data Per State Requirements

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $160,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
