Our client is a well-established consulting engineering firm that is a national pioneer in the development of net zero energy buildings.
They are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team within the Maryland market!
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Work directly with project managers to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated response.
- Design layouts of mechanical systems using AutoCAD and / or REVIT software.
- Conduct building system audits, energy analysis and savings calculations.
- Assist jobsite meetings as needed.
- Identify and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Create and maintain customer relationships.
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- EIT, PE, CEM are a bonus.
- 3+ years experience in MEP and / or with an Energy Services company.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- AutoCAD and REVIT software experience.
