PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Full Time Automated Machine Set-up Operator* position.
This person would learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate some of our impressive, proprietary automated machinery.
Full Time 2nd Shift (Monday Thursday 2 : 20pm-12 : 50am)
Training for the first 2-3+ months would be on 1st shift Mon-Thurs (4am-2 : 30pm initially, then possibly split shift during adjustment period) for this position.
The machines being used are very specific to our internal operations, so we are looking for *experienced candidates* with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities, first and foremost.

- Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, highly preferred experienced working with Metal *
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems
3+ years of experience both operating AND setting up machines
Ability to work independently*
Excellent attention to detail, ability to use close tolerance measuring tools
Ability to perform repetitive motion standing or sitting in one place for extended periods of time
Ability to read and understand blueprints, Q.C. sheets and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts
