The Management Trainee role is designed to provide you with the skills and experience needed to excel in leadership and management positions.
This entry-level program offers hands-on training in various aspects of our business, including marketing, sales, team management, and client relations.
You will work closely with our experienced team members and receive mentorship to help you grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in an intensive training program covering marketing, event management, and business operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client visibility and event success.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Lead small teams in executing marketing initiatives, with a focus on achieving client goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback to improve marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations on event outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Support day-to-day management operations and take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed.
