Job Description

• Drive local activities to define the Cutover approach and task list across the procurement workstream (including special approach like zero-downtime)
• Approach the procurement workstream (SPOCs) to identify Cutover tasks.
• Document the Cutover tasks in Cutover task list.
• In collaboration with local IT / OT Identify local / site partner system Cutover tasks, document in Cutover task list.
• Govern and drive the execution of site Cutover tasks.
• Communicate with business, IT stakeholders, client to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Plan, maintain, track and report local Cutover activities.
• Report Cutover status on site level, report risks and issues.
• Provide status to Wave level, escalate where required

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Procure to Pay process with a strong understanding of procurement business processes during a system cutover.
• HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Life Sciences industry
• Excellent communication skills to work with client stakeholders and SAP implementation team
• Work West Coast hours
• Must be able to travel to San Francisco as needed

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
