In this role, you will work with an incredible team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, RN's, LVN's, and Case Managers to provide the best nursing services to patients in our Adult Outpatient Clinics!Here's what you'll do : * Work with an amazing team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, RN's, LVN's, and Case Managers* Provide nursing services to patients in our Adult Outpatient Clinics* Obtain vitals, provide IM injections, venipuncture, and perform EKGs* Educate patients and their families on possible side effects of prescribed medications Obtain medication consents annually or when a new medication is initiated* Complete Prior Authorizations* Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care within Tri County policy* Document patient communication and clinical treatment accurately and appropriately* Return phone calls / emails regarding patient questions / concerns within 24 hours* Provide excellent customer service* Provide support and consultation to other team members and service providers* This position works closely with clients and their families, MD's, APN's, case managers, and other nursing staff to provide a team-focused atmosphere.
