Civil Litigation Associate

Looking to dive into dynamic civil litigation with a passion for discovery? Our client, a mid-sized, prestigious law firm, is on the lookout for a motivated Civil Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
- Handle heavy discovery
- Manage discovery, including depositions and document production.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
- Engage with clients and opposing counsel, building strong professional relationships.
- Participate in case-related meetings and strategy sessions, contributing valuable insights.
Qualifications for Litigation Attorney :
- 2-4 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with ease.
