Position Description : West Jordan pediatric office is seeking a full-time Biller. Duties include posting insurance payments, entering charges, collecting patient payments, and tracking unpaid claims.
This position is Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The ideal candidate will :
Be dependable, friendly, and kind with a positive attitude.
Understand the importance of collecting copayments, deductible and self-pay balances.
Able to pursue collections until claims are collected.
Have experience working with EMR.
Have good customer service skills.
Have knowledge of ICD-10 and collections.
Enjoy working with people and is a team player.
Is detail-oriented.
