Key job responsibilities

Omnichannel Marketing Strategy Development - Devise and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging both digital and physical touchpoints.

Strategically participate in key industry events and consumer-facing experiences to showcase Amazon's automotive capabilities.

  • Partnership & Channel Management - Negotiate favorable terms and develop co-marketing programs to drive mutual success.
  • Customer Acquisition and Engagement - Leverage Amazon's customer insights and data to develop targeted, personalized marketing strategies.

Implement innovative tactics, including influencer collaborations and experiential activations, to captivate the tech-savvy, millennial car buyer.

Performance Tracking and Optimization - Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.

Analyze results, glean insights, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive improved outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with business development, product marketing, and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies.

Communicate effectively with senior leadership to report on progress and secure support for new initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong track record of success in the automotive or e-commerce industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
  • Expertise in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies across digital and physical channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
