Job Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to the team ensuring positive patient experiences.
- Communicates with team members promoting an understanding of the patients’ needs.
- Examination of patient’s oral cavity with definitive diagnosis of soft tissues, hard tissues and associated structures to determine nature of condition.
Examines, diagnoses and treats the pulp and its surrounding areasPerforms root canals and treats various dental trauma Medical research on diseases
- Dental procedures performed in the oral cavity.
- Performance of surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity.
- Educates patient in oral and dental hygiene.
- Manage cases presenting with out-of-the ordinary dental health problems to include patients with behavioral problems.
Job Requirements
- Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
- Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
- Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner
- Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care
- Strongly values continuing education and personal development
