Position Description :
This individual cleans and keeps the hospital environment in an orderly condition.
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Cleans offices, patient rooms, offices, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, polishes floors and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
- Will be required to properly and safely use cleaning chemicals per given standards.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements :
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience a plus, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Must be able to use housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaner, buffers, battery operated equipment, mops and carpet equipment;
- Reading and Numerical competency;
- Customer service skills
