SITE SUPERINTENDENT (HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL)
Leading general contractor is seeking a talented, proven high-end residential Site Superintendent.
Responsibilities and Duties
In coordination with the Project Manager :
Build to the highest standards
Assures that the project is built timely, and on budget
Coordinates, directs and supervises employees, subcontractors, and vendors
Earns the respect and trust of owners, architects and designers
Communicates clearly, accurately, and honestly with the whole team
Ensures changes to the plan are correctly executed
Keeps a clean and organized jobsite, properly installed erosion control, and pollution prevention measures
Meets regularly with owners, architects and designers
Comfort-ability and stability to work through projects from 1-3 year durations
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements
10 years as a construction Superintendent and 5 years supervising high-end, custom residential projects
The ability to solve complex problems, processes and construction methods
Thorough familiarity with layout and high end finishes
Proficiency with computers and email
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Sage 100 a plus
SALARY : $125-150K
