ASUS NUC Business Unit is growing our R&D footprint in the United States and building on the dynamic and innovative technology foundation established in Taiwan that has been at the forefront of the mini-PC industry.

We specialize in designing and manufacturing cutting-edge mini PCs that cater to diverse consumer and business needs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our mini PC product line.

As a Senior Product Manager overseeing the Mini PC product line, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market delivery.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successful product management, a deep understanding of the technology industry, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the B2B and / or B2C space.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Product Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the mini PC product line, aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the PC industry.
  • Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, and manufacturing, to bring innovative mini PC products to market.
  • Roadmap Planning : Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Launch and Positioning : Drive successful product launches, developing compelling positioning and messaging to maximize market impact.
  • Sales Enablement : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs.
  • Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product features, functionality, and user experience.
  • Performance Metrics : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics.

Knowledge and Skills :

  • Strong technical understanding of mini PC hardware, software, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to empathize with user needs and preferences.
  • Collaborative attitude and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must have the ability to travel 10% Domestic and 10% International

Required Qualifications :

Years of Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience in the technology industry.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of product management experience in the technology industry.
  • Bi-lingual in Mandarin

Working Conditions :

  • Office Only : Typically works in an office environment
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time

Travel :

Must have the ability to travel 10% Domestic and 10% International
