The ideal candidate will be monitoring the service request queue, identifying aging requests, and coordinating with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.

What You’ll DoMonitor service request ticket queue, identify aging requests, and coordinate with local facility management staff to meet service-level agreements.

Communicate and manage security vendors (integrators) and contractors to drive compliance with contractual requirements.Perform internal audits of security equipment spare inventory.

Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance with minimum inventory requirements.Working with physical security and IT systems and other tasks that may develop as the security program evolves.

Evaluate new security technologies and determine whether they become part of the solution set. This includes working with the delivery team to verify applicability, usefulness, and performance.

What You’ll NeedHigh School Diploma and five years of related work experience in security or IT systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to every level of the organization.

Proven organizational, time management, and decision-making skills are required.Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBi, and SharePoint required.

Data management is a plus.Project or Program Management experience is preferred.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
