Data Entry Clerk

Description

We are currently seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Atlanta. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems, ensuring efficiency and data integrity.

Responsibilities :

• Enter and maintain accurate data into computer systems and databases.
• Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and organize data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered and stored.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
• Strong typing and numeric keypad skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
