Position Responsibilities :
- Develops and facilitates maintenance support, mentorship, training, and guidance to service technicians and collaborate with the North America Operating Unit on training curriculum to diagnose performance gaps
- Serve as the technical expert on all Cold Drink Equipment by conducting ride-a-longs with technicians to gain insight into trends with technical issues
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to develop relationships with third parties to build a pipeline for future talent
- Liaise with senior business leaders to understand and impact various performance metrics related to service technician performance
- Employ effective coaching methodologies to analyze and diagnose performance gaps and prescribe a learning plan to address defined gaps
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or Electrical / Vocational certification with 4 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree
