YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR MATERIALS RESEARCH ANALYST
As a Materials Research Analyst, you make sure orders sail through smoothly by offering top-notch support both internally and externally for all things parts-related.
Working Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm , you're the go-to person for anyone needing assistance with parts inquiries. Your typical day involves creating accurate quotes, processing orders, and diving into any parts-related issues that pop up, making sure everything gets back on track in no time.
You handle incoming calls, impressing everyone with your in-depth knowledge of industrial equipment parts. With your love for tools like web platforms and Adobe, along with good old manuals, you dig deep to find the right parts, keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine and leaving customers happy!
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
- High attention to detail, including precise data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred but not required.
