Job title : Inventory Return Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily cycle counts, research and correct inventory variances, and provide accurate data / reports using Eclipse or Excel.
  • Audit, record, report, and correct inventory discrepancies.
  • Identify performance barriers, analyze root causes, and develop action plans.
  • Develop and implement continual training strategies for employees.
  • Train on system enhancements and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with returns team on Customer / Vendor RGAs and manage Scrap Wire process.
  • Operate or become certified to operate a forklift.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Ability to motivate, foster teamwork, and provide positive reinforcement.
  • Effective training, coaching, and performance feedback skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, WMS (preferably Eclipse).
  • Ability to analyze moderately complex data.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • 3-5+ years in Fulfillment / Distribution and Inventory Control, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Compensation : $20-23 / hour (6 month contract-to-hire)
