As a Sales Account Manager, you'll cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and present our products and services to potential clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts and expand market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales is required.
  • Candidates with experience in medical sales will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the medical diagnostics industry, such as CLIA and FDA regulations.
  • Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, core laboratory testing, and toxicology procedures and technologies is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage client interactions.
  • Advanced presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, including clinicians, laboratory managers, and C-suite executives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven culture.
  • Professional certifications related to sales or healthcare management (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Medical Representative) are a plus.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation :

  • Salary Range : Base salary $55,000
  • Bonus Structure : (Account managers are expected to be on track in their first 6 months to earn six figures in their first year of employment.)
  • Benefits Package : Includes 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Travel and Mileage Reimbursement : and expense coverage.

Ideal Start Date : Whenever we find the right candidate.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Semi-flexible schedule

Work Location : Phoenix and the surrounding area
