An international award-winning architectural and interior design studio with headquarters in Miami is hiring a Senior Architectural Designer due to growth.

Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or equivalent professional degree in Architecture (MArch preferred)
- 10+ years of architectural design experience
- Focus on mid-large-scale hospitality, hotels / resorts, and / or residential projects
- A passion for design with exceptional presentation and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in Revit a must, strong 2D and 3D sketching, modeling, and illustration skills
- Experience in the design process from concept through construction
- A mix of US and international experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
- Strong organizational, leadership, mentorship, and decision-making skills
- Able to work well under pressure, leading by example
- A true team-player that leaves ego at the door
- Unrestricted work authorization for any employer in the US
Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of the design process through delivery
- Mentor junior staff and team members, often international and multi-disciplinary
- Cultivate current client relationships
