Staff Internal Auditor
LHH Recruitment is looking to fill a Staff Internal Auditor job in Houston, TX. This position will be responsible will evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the operational controls, as well as test compliance to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have 1-2 years of audit experience. A brief job description includes :
Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Performs audits of the accounting and financial data
- Identifies improper accounting or documentation researches issues and makes recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly
- Tests compliance and adherence to documented policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, specifically Section 404
Qualifications :
- A degree in Accounting / Business required
- Minimum 1-2 years of Internal Audit experience
