We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to manage a diverse array of complex real estate and commercial transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial real estate law, exceptional negotiation prowess, and a proven track record of delivering strategic legal counsel.

Responsibilities :

• Conducting meticulous due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and other vital real estate documents.
• Overseeing acquisitions and dispositions.
• Providing expert legal guidance on zoning regulations, land use issues, and title review.
• Representing developers throughout negotiations, closings, and other critical real estate proceedings.
• Collaborating closely with fellow legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active licensure to practice law in Virginia.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate law.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate documents.
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
