POSITION SUMMARY

The Affiliate Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing The Travel Corporation’s affiliate programs on our affiliate platforms.

This role will be responsible for accurate tracking of affiliate activities, managing payment processes, and maintaining platform applications.

The Administrator will also monitor fraud and compliance issues and collaborate with teams across different selling regions to address and research order inquiries.

Requirements : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliate Platform Management

  • Platform oversight : act as the primary contact for managing affiliate marketing programs to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of the affiliate marketing applications, assets and tools.
  • Oversees and processes manual corrections, modifications and reversals of actions.
  • Collaborate with platform providers to stay informed of new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Create a feedback loop for the team to coordinate the integration of new system features that align with the business objectives and improve program performance.
  • Manage affiliate applications and serve as the point of contact for chats, emails and calls of general inquiry to the affiliate program.
  • Support the Affiliate Manager and Rep Manager with outreach.
  • Responsible for monthly billing and payment process for the brand and the partners.

Tracking and Reporting

  • Review tracking reports to ensure accurate attribution, identify leapfrogging and identify trends of malicious traffic.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any potential tracking or validation issues that users may be experiencing.
  • Monitor performance-based incentives or bonuses to support the Rep Manager and Affiliate Manager.
  • Generate and analyse performance reports, identifying trends, anomalies and areas for improvement in the affiliate program.

Fraud / Compliance

  • Monitor affiliate activities for violations of brand guidelines, program terms or promotional activities.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and company policies, including affiliate program terms and conditions.
  • Communicate compliance updates and requirements with partners and internal teams.

Regional Coordination

  • Collaborate with teams in other selling regions to address and research order inquiries and issues.
  • Share best practices and insights with regional teams to optimize affiliate program performance globally.
  • Monitor the data transfer of Trip Manager transactions to ensure the tracking and attribution of traffic is accurate for partners, in collaboration with On Road team.

Communication and Training

  • Build relationships and handle communications and feedback loops with key internal and external stakeholders, including channel and platform partners, agencies, etc.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing promotional materials for affiliates.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of platform and program changes, new features and their impact on operations. Share this information with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Support the Affiliate Manager and Rep Manager with newsletter communications and event management including promotional events, trainings & recruiting events.

Experience

  • 1-2 years experience as an affiliate specialist or coordinator or similar role
  • Working knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact Radius, CJ, Awin, or similar required.
  • Travel industry experience is not required. Passion for travel is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business analytics or related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of API management and data feed setup (preferred but not required).
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
