Benefits :F&C Distributors, a distribution company based in Woodridge, Illinois, has the immediate need for an experienced accounting assistant to work full time in the office.
Duties to include
General bookkeeping and accounting.
Preparing invoices and following up on overdue receivables.
Posting of payments to customer accounts.
Online bank deposits.
Entering of credit cards to ensure all expenditures are accurately recorded.
Assisting Accounting Manager with other projects as necessary.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 1 years of accounting / bookkeeping experience.
Strong experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to reconcile accounts
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : Dependent on Experience : $22.50+
Expected hours : 40 per week
