The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the President of Hach. Under the direction of the President, works with minimal supervision to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.

The Executive Assistant requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, procedures, and functions. This position does require domestic and international travel.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • With a primary responsibility of supporting the President, thru understanding of business priorities provides support to the executive team to ensure operational meetings and interactions run efficiently.
  • Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the President including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments;
  • completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;

and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

  • Independently prepares expense reports and purchase orders with a solid understanding of the expense reporting, invoicing and purchase order procedures and budget process.
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
  • Works on specific projects as assigned by President
  • Manages and coordinates all aspects of executive meetings including conference room reservations, teleconference & videoconference set-up, catering, and associated meeting logistics including related social activities for both on-site and off-site events.
  • Communicates directly and on behalf of the President
  • Participates as a member of the team including assisting in scheduling, drafting agenda, and attending executive meetings.
  • Maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercises discretion
  • Organizes and executes President's Club Sales Incentive trip including budget management, location sourcing, site visits, contract negotiation and vendor management

Are you qualified?

  • High School Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years C-suite / President level administrative experience that demonstrates an ability to carry out all responsibilities proficiently and to complete quality work on a timely basis
  • Excellent computer skills : Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Use appropriate discretion and confidentiality in the management of information.
  • Exemplary time management and organizational skills and strong ability to set priorities.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
