This individual will be responsible for executive support, communications, team reporting, research and social media management to enhance overall success and growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities : Maintain an organized system for documentation and information for business operations Streamline the team / exec appointments, scheduling, and travel arrangements Maintain a consistent reporting structure using CRM and PowerBI platformsGenerate individualized workflows based on activity locally and from DenmarkCustomer service assistance regarding invoices, bills and commissions Lead role in planning and executing all events Develop territory events calendars for the team Ability to craft, edit and proofread various communications on behalf of the team Act as a contact for internal and external stakeholders Research industry trendsStrategically plan and execute social media campaigns Leverage social media platforms to promote visibility of events and new product launchesLead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content Develop a content calendar
Skills Required : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, communications or a related field. Social media is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking abilities Ability to think strategically Has a creative eye for detail
