Job Title : Systems Analyst (Cognos)

Location : Remote

Duration : 02 months (tentative)

Weekly Hours : approx. 20 hours

Job Summary :

The Client is seeking a Systems Analyst (Cognos) from the approved Information Technology Staff Augmentation Consulting Pool to support the installation, configuration, and migration of Cognos Analytics environments.

Job Responsibilities :

Install and configure Cognos Analytics environment on new servers (upgrade from version 11.1 to 12.0 or later).
Configure Cognos Analytics servers post installation, including :
Migrating content (framework models, reporting packages, and users) for all environments.
Setting up SSL and SAML.
Completing all setups required for Cognos Framework Manager installation.
Identify and document tasks necessary to perform required work.
Provide installation and configuration process documentation.
Provide post-upgrade support through the first system patching period to ensure stability and functionality.

Required Skills :

Demonstrated expertise in Cognos Analytics management.

Experience with Cognos Analytics installation and configuration.

Experience with migrating Cognos Analytics environments including framework models, reporting packages, reports, and users.

Experience with conversion from Active Directory to SAML for Cognos.

Experience with SSL setup and implementation for a Cognos environment.

Experience with Cognos Analytics on Windows Server environments.

Cognos Analytics expertise, installation, configuration, migration, SAML, SSL, Windows Server environments.

Required Experience :

Years / months of experience to be provided by the supplier per Evaluation Criteria submission.

Strong background in Cognos Analytics installation, configuration, and environment migrations.
