Use your experience installing window treatments, finish / trim carpentry, or residential remodeling, and our world-class training to install high-end custom window treatments in our customers’ homes and offices.

Although experience installing blinds, shades, and draperies is beneficial, it is not required. Ideal candidates will align with our purpose and values and want to be part of an amazing team.

Passion : We are genuinely engaged and focused on fulfilling our 5-star promise Benefits Earn $24 to $28 base rate per hour when not traveling Earn $29 to $33 per hour when traveling Additional monthly bonus opportunity of $400 or more Guaranteed minimum hours Company provided van and gas card Generous Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance A company iPhone, iPad, and all tools provided Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401K available with company match As a member of our installation team, you will : Receive extensive training on all of Stoneside's products and installation processes Use our company provide van to drive to our customers’ homes and offices Travel at least one week a month to other markets around the US Measure windows and enter these measurements into our automated system Pickup completed orders from our local warehouse Install our custom-made blinds, shades, and draperies in our customer’s homes and offices Identify and document any issues with the final installation to allow us to make the necessary corrections Demonstrate the products you installed to our customers and answer all their questions Provide warranty support for our products Always provide a five-star experience to our team members, clients, partners, and community.

Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of installing window treatments, millwork, installation (cabinets, doors / windows, molding, flooring, etc.

finished carpentry, remodeling, renovating, or similar experience Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication skills with customers and team members Ability to work independently Current and valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift a maximum of 35lbs and climb up and down ladders Live within 30 miles of downtown Stoneside Blinds & Shades is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
