Northrop Grumman Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Director of Security 2 . This position reports to the Vice President, Security.

The Vice President, in partnership with sector and enterprise leadership, is responsible for integrating security programs across the corporation to protect people, facilities, and operations.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Falls Church, VA.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9 / 80, allowing employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Specific responsibilities include :

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive executive protection program

Oversee and manage corporate security investigations and insider threat programs

Direct the implementation of security measures, access controls, alarms, and video surveillance systems to protect corporate facilities and ensure compliance

Manage security enterprise service agreements

Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures

Manage corporate security budget

Develop vision and mentor team to achieve high performance

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 13+ years of relevant experience

Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Top Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment

Experience leading and managing an executive protection program required

Experience leading, conducting, and oversight of government and corporate investigations required

Experience leading and managing a corporate physical security program required

Preferred Qualifications :

Master’s degree preferred

Executive leadership experience

National Industrial Security Program experience

International security experience

DOD, IC, Diplomatic, Federal, State, or Local LE experience

Risk analysis and management experience

Salary Range : $189,000 - $283,600

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
