Building Connections Behavioral Health Inc . is now hiring a master's degree-level program supervisor in Contra Costa County.
The supervisor is to observe and direct the delivery of ABA Treatment to benefit the clients and provide real-time response to the intervention.
The supervisor may also be required to hold a 1 : 1 caseload or substitute sessions for their clients.
Please note this is not a remote position. The caseload will be anywhere from Antioch to Walnut Creek (clinic, in-home, school)

Essential Functions :
- Work under the direction of a BCBA.
- Design, develop, and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop assertive progress reports (Analyze available data to help determine where, when, and why problem behaviors occur).
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs.
- Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients.
- Train therapists under the Applied Behavior Analysis discipline.
- Ensure that the delivery of ABA treatment is consistent with the goals and objectives outlined in the ABA treatment plan.
- Ensure that the client is making progress and responding appropriately to ABA Treatment.
- Learn and manage our data system.
- Conduct direct Mid-Level Supervision.
- Attend company meetings and trainings.
- Check each one of her / his session reports to ensure that time, date, clinical information, her / his signature, and the client’s representative signature.
- Report regularly to BCBA on client progress.
- Write and update client assessments and reports regularly per funding source requirements.
- Run Social Groups as assigned.
- Subshifts if needed.
Employment requirements :
- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice The People & Performance department must analyze DOJ / FBI live scan reports by applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as fitness for the position.
- Must have a valid California Driver's License. Maintain a clean driving record. Show proof of auto insurance.
- Must adhere to all federal, state, and local laws / legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies.
- Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations, and clear TB testing based on company policies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
Qualifications :
- Master's Degree (preferably in a related field). Or a BA / BS with 2 years working In ABA programs.
- Must have at least a minimum of one year of experience providing ABA intervention services, and developing and implementing client programs.
- High ability to analyze clinical information to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the different members of the professional team.
- Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing, and supporting entry-level direct care staff.
- Willing and committed to working with individuals with special needs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion about the work environment.
- Ability to utilize a computer and tablet.
- Frequent proofreading and checking documents for accuracy.
- Be compassionate and understanding.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Building Connections Behavioral Health, Inc. was founded in April of 2013 and is head quartered in Walnut Creek, CA. We focus on increasing independence for children, teens, and young adults with developmental disabilities through Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
We currently provide services across the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We provide the following services : - In home and clinic provided ABA services for individuals age 0 to 22 years.
- Early Intervention services for individuals age 12 to 36 months. - Diagnostic, Developmental, and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
- School based services including 1 : 1 RBTs, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Behavioral Supports, Staff Trainings and In-Services - Parent, Family, and Caregiver Training and Education.
- Classes and Training for individuals of all ages. - Social Skills Groups for clients age 3 to 21 years.
