Job Summary

Responsible for providing advanced administrative support to ensure the department flow and logistics. Daily functions may include but are not limited to preparing spreadsheets and presentations, conducting payroll, tracking budgets and financial reconciliations, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and special projects as assigned.

May handle sensitive information and is expected to maintain confidentiality at all times. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Qualifications

Required Skills :

High School diploma or GED required; Four years of experience plus one relevant certification or A.A. / A.S. degree with an emphasis in Business Management, Marketing, Communication and Business Office Management.

Minimum one year as an Admin Assistant at TGH.
