We are seeking a winning In-Home Sales / Comfort Advisor to join our team! Looking for a Goal-minded individual to meet with residential homeowners and consult with them on their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs. High technology skills and a great attitude are a must.

Job Title : HVAC Comfort Consultant

Compensation : Base + uncapped commission & profit sharing. Potential annual earning $150K +

Work Hours : Flexible schedule Monday through Friday; evenings and some Saturdays required as needed for appointments.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Meeting with customers in their homes
  • Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
  • Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
  • Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
  • Hands on training on sales process and equipment
  • Build long-term successful client relationships

    • Qualifications

  • Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes
  • 2+ years consultative sales experience
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics)
  • Time management, organization, and presentation skills
  • Sales pipeline management skills
  • Strong interpersonal & follow up skills
  • In-home sales experience desired, we will train
  • HVAC or similar industry experienced desired
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
