Responsibilities

• Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams
• Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver top-quality deliverables
• Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations
• Foster productive communication between technologists and business partners
• Lead client engagement workstreams and ensure project success
• Maintain high standards and uphold professional and technical guidelines
• Promote a culture of trust and accountability
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000 , plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
