In 2006, our Owner / Operator Andrew White, began his personal Chick-fil-A journey working at the Wendover Avenue Chick-fil-A in Greensboro as a Team Member at sixteen years old.
After 15 years of serving Chick-fil-A in Greensboro, Raleigh, and across the Midwest, Andrew is excited to once again serve his hometown.

What Winning Looks Like
- Fulfill our Corporate Purpose on a daily basis
- Accurately fulfill guests orders
- Work quickly and efficiently to serve fresh and hot food
- Ensure work area is clean and prepared for daily activity.
- Identify problems in operations process and provide clear communication to resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
- Supports the Supervisor leadership to ensure guests requests and needs are met in a timely manner.
- Completes tasks listed on our checklist system.
Qualifications
- Passionate about serving our guests on a daily basis.
- Embodies Chick-fil-A’s values of serving guests with honor, dignity, and respect.
- Needs to be able to work quickly and on task for the duration of the shift.
- A proactive self-starter.
- Polished and professional.
- Weekend availability (Closed on Sunday!)
