Property Size : 270 units
Employment Duration : Regular, Full time
- Mon.-Fri. 9am - 7pm
- Saturday 10am - 5pm
- Sunday 1pm - 5pm
- Weekly Schedule Subject to Change
Salary : $16 / hour + renewal bonus + leasing bonus + benefits + housing discount
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for Ventana Apartment Homes. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for promoting property rentals to interested residents.
This role will provide information to prospective residents, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. Strong communication and sales skills are required for success in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors as they navigate the leasing process.
- Respond promptly to property inquiries, in person or by telephone.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, leads, and follow-up communications.
- Conduct tours of the property showcasing amenities, floor plans, and locations.
- Communicate value propositions for potential residents and provide rental quotes.
- Manage lease documents and participate in lease execution processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, rental rates, and competitor information.
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure a well-maintained living environment for residents.
- Other duties as required by the role.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the property management industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to work with multiple clients and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office and other property management software.
Physical Demands :
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs.
