We are looking for an assertive Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This hands-on management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.

The Drive-thru is a critical component to our restaurant. It delivers as much as 75% of our sales, which means you will have the biggest opportunity to impact more guests and increase profitability than any other manager on our team.

Your Impact

  • Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of the Drive-Thru to ensure a remarkable guest experience
  • Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for the Drive-thru
  • Manage a close knit team of 20+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
  • Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
  • Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals

Background Profile

  • 2-3+ years of Leadership experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
  • Charismatic and motivational personality
  • Busy body that has high energy and enthusiasm
  • Open Availability
