The Philadelphia Branch, of Equitable Advisors, has had a presence in the community for over five decades. A legacy established by two legends within Equitable, they have over 300+ Financial Professionals and team member supporting clients within the Greater-Philadelphia and suburban New Jersey area.
The Philadelphia office is seeking a detail-oriented / multi-tasking Senior Vice President Administrative Assistant. This person will report directly to the Local Operations Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Support of the branch Senior Vice Presidents
- Sourcing candidates & recruiting support
- Assisting with calendars
- Meeting logistics and creating the meeting agenda
- Creating, updating, maintaining reports
- Assisting with branch office responsibilities, as needed
In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years Administrative experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Required to work with confidential material must be discreet and trustworthy
- Role is expected to be in office
- Able to work closely with both the leadership team and advisors
- Ability to function independently and work well with a team
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience utilizing Smartsheets
- Experience with Linkedin Recuiter
