You will advise hedge funds, credit funds and other private funds on all aspects of their business, with a focus on helping sponsors with fund formation and regulatory compliance matters.
Billable Hours target : 1,
Despite its BigLaw status, the firm has a very reasonable 1,-hour target, which can include D&I and unlimited pro bono hours.
