Admin Asst. / Optometric Technician - We Will Train!
We are a busy optometric practice seeking admin asst. / technicians for our Burnsville clinic.
Part-time position available!
Our practice is open 7 days a week. General office hours range from 9 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM.
Working some weekends is required.
We are looking for a team-player to join our staff!
Ideal candidate : attention to detail and willingness to follow directions; ability to multi-task; positive and cheerful attitude;
computer proficient; serious minded person that can offer a long term commitment; excellent customer service skills; willingness to support and promote the company with honesty and integrity.
Duties include :
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance authorization
- Preliminary vision screenings
- Contact lens training / education
- Light maintenance duties
