Responsibilities :
Entering dataprovided by customers
Verifying data from various sources before entering the same in thedatabase
Creating spreadsheetsand entering figures correctly
Maintaining and updating the databases on a timely basis
Ensuring data preservation bytaking regular backups
Retrieving data from the database as and when required
Filing physical copies of the data
Verifying invoice details andhandling invoice payments
Willingness to take direction
Sorting expenses
Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong computerskills
Basic knowledge of touch typing system and databasemanagement tools.
Ability to enter data into acomputer quickly and accurately
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thinkanalytically
Experience working on a DataEntry Clerk position is a plus.
