Top Three Things We're Looking For :
- 5+ years of litigation experience (Preferably in employment law, real estate, or commercial litigation)
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate
- Stable employment background, someone strong in e-discovery / document management and tech savvy.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day workflow, interact with clients, and input case materials into the database
- Organize legal documents, prepare exhibits, and materials for trial
- Conduct legal research and draft written discovery and responses
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff in various mediums
- Track upcoming due dates and deadlines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Exceptional written, verbal, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and e-Discovery software
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
