Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide support to our attorneys in all aspects of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information
• Preparing and drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Assisting attorneys in trial preparation, including creating exhibits and witness lists
• Maintaining case files and organizing documents
• Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury
• Strong knowledge of Litigation Strategy and Personal Injury law
• Experience working on Plaintiff cases
• Familiarity with medical malpractice cases is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field is preferred but not required
