LPNs and RNs needed for pediatric patient reliant on G-tube / Vent / Trach

LPN Pay Rates : $28-$38HR*

RN Pay Rates : $35-$46HR*

Case Specific Rate Only

Day Shift 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm Saturdays and Sundays

Night Shift : $4 : 00pm-12 : 00am Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :

• Must have good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Current CPR certification
• Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

Responsibilities of the LPN

• Assess patient's condition and chart effectively
• Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review
• Some cases may require physical support such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care.
• Private duty nursing is an option for children and young adults with special needs such as;

tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, as well as many other special medical needs that children and young adults may have..

Full Time or Part Time

RN Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
